Now that you have considered your goals (see our previous article for more on this), the second step in findinf the right volunteer role for you is priorisiting your interests.
Volunteering in a role with allows to you explore your interests is a great way to enjoy your role and stay motivated.
If cooking is a hobby of yours, why not help with cooking for community dinners?
If your passion is history, why not volunteer at a museum?
If responding to the climate emergency is one of your values, why not become a climate champion?
Remember - volunteering can also be a great way to get out of your comfort zone and discover new interests, so there is no need to limit yourself if you want to try something new.
